Lubbock Cottage is a delightful flint cottage on the estate at Wiveton Hall.

It has beautiful views across the marshes towards Cley-next-the-Sea and the windmill.

Situated along a peaceful lane with shops, cafés and pubs all within easy walking distance, Lubbock Cottage is the ideal get-away location.

It also has its own sunny, private, walled garden, beyond which you can wander in the estate, or across the famous Cley marshes to the sea.

Prices

Prices range from £125 per night; minimum 3 night stay.

Weeks run from Friday or Monday.
3 night weekend breaks from Friday – Monday (2 night weekends are available in low season.)
4 night midweek breaks from Monday – Friday.

£20 per dog, per stay.

Ground Floor

First Floor

  • Bedroom one with double brass bed and chest of drawers

  • Enclosed garden with west-facing private patio area with tables and chairs and views on to farmland
  • Front and side garden with views of the windmill and
    Cley-next-the-Sea village
  • Parking outside the cottage

Conditions

  • Deposit of 25% to be paid upon confirmation of booking
  • Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival
  • £250 refundable damage deposit payable for all bookings
  • Extras and breakages to be paid for prior to your departure
