	THE ACCOMMODATION Ground Floor: • Very large drawing room (40' x 24') with open fire and grand piano. • Large kitchen/dining room with sitting area (30' x 27') with wood burning stove and TV. Larder off kitchen. • Utility room with double sink, dishwasher, washing machine and door into pretty, secluded and sunny courtyard garden. • Cloak room and lavatory. First Floor: • Two enormous double bedrooms (1 four poster) • Two twin bedded rooms • Two bathrooms • Long passage with views over marshes to the sea and Blakeney point The following are included: • Central heating • Logs and kindling • All linen EXCEPT TOWELS • Cot (we provide the mattress, cot sheet but not the bedding) • High chair • Colour TV/DVD player • Stereo • Pay phone • Microwave • Garden furniture • Barbecue The following can be arranged and are extra: • Domestic help • Cooking (please ask in advance) • Babysitting			CONDITIONS: • Bookings will run from Friday 3.30pm to the following Friday 10.30am. • One third of the total rent to be paid upon confirmation of booking. • The balance to be received one month prior to arrival. • Any extras and breakages to be paid prior to departure. • Weekends - total amount to be paid on booking. • The accommodation sleeps 8 people plus a cot for a baby. • We can provide an extra mattress or small bed for a child for an additional £25.00. • Dogs are welcome, but not in the main rooms or upstairs. There is a utility room where they can sleep. Please let us know if you want to bring one. PRICES RANGE FROM £850 TO £2,000 PER WEEK Weekend rates, and rates for parties of fewer than 5 persons, are negotiable. We also have more rooms in the main house should you wish to accommodate extra people. The wing is also available to rent for weekends during off-peak times.
